All visitors can view the forum, however only registered users are allowed to post messages and have access to the forum.These rules and Guidelines are very important in keeping the site ORGANIZED and PEACEFUL. NO ONE is above these rules. We don't care whether you are George Bush, Bill Gates or a very high profiled member; from Admin down to its members, whether you like it or not .

GOLDEN RULES: 

1.) Profanity and Discriminatory remarks are not allowed. 

2.) Spamming, public or private, will result in user ban. 

3.) Cross-posting (posting the same content in multiple channels) is not tolerated. All duplicate posts will be deleted. 

4.) Post bumping (replying to your own post to move it up on the page) is not permitted. 

5.) Start new topics and threads in the appropriate forums. If you are not sure where it goes, GENERAL CHAT is probably a good place to start. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum maybe given a warning. 
6.) Avoid posting pornographic images and videos where every members can see it. 

7.) Avoid posting hacking software and tutorials. 

8.) Signature may contain up to 3 lines of text (small or normal size) and or one image. Image size should be no larger than 300 pixels wide, 200 pixels high. FAILURE to comply with these guidelines will result in the removal of the signature. 

WARNING AND BANS: 

1.) You get ONE WARNING before you are summarily banned from forums. We want to promote a positive environment and since we are all mature people here, one warning should be enough. 

2.) The moderating, support and other teams reserves the right to edit or remove any post and to temporarily or permanently ban an offending user at any time
